Bervie Haze - an original seascape painting by Scottish artist Ros Callander. This painting is earmarked for exhibition, however if you are interested in buying it, or commissioning something similar, please feel free to contact me to check if it is still available, or to discuss your requirements.
This is a large and modern contemporary painting. The calming colours in this painting will complement most colour schemes and brighten any room. I have tried to capture that feeling of calm and tranquillity as the sun dips below the horizon, sending its remaining glow up into the clouds and creating an amazing light show for the watcher. The painting continues round the edges of the canvas frame so that it comes ready for immediate hanging with no need for framing. It has been finished with a satin protective varnish.
Fresh spring colours and simple flower designs give this painting a modern and contemporary feel. The bright colours will suit most walls and give a sense of the optimism of approaching spring and summer. Each canvas is 10 x 14 inches. The painting continues round the edge of each canvas so that this Tripych comes ready for immediate hanging with no need for framing. These paintings have been finished with a satin protective varnish.
Mucking Fuddled 2
This is the very latest in the 'Manic 'series by artist Diane Jennings. This series of paintings has proved very popular. They are vibrant, colourful and thought provoking. This painting has been painted in oil onto deep edge box canvas and the edges have been painted black, for a modern look. This painting would look great over a sofa or a bed in today's contemporary home. NOW SOLD
Stonehaven Sunrise - This is a semi-abstract seascape sunrise painting of the Stonehaven coast by Scottish artist Ros Callander. It is painted on a chunky box-framed canvas with sides painted - and comes ready to hang for that trendy gallery-style look. It is very warm and atmosheric and would be a great statement piece.
Camouflag # 2
The second of my Camouflag paintings. (See the first elsewhere on my gallery). This time seeing if I could work with just the three colours of the Union Jack to get the desired effect. It is painted in Acrylics on canvas with the painting continuing around the edges so framing is not required.
