Requests for Copies of Information Held

You can check the information that we hold about you by writing to us at our Head Office. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. We make a small charge of £10 for each request for information. This is to cover the cost of producing the information and sending it to you by Registered mail. This fee should be paid at the time of the request, by enclosing a cheque with your written request. We will only send out the information to the named person, at the address which is registered with us, so if you change your address, please ensure that you update your contact details with us.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening if you wish but it causes no harm, is a common practice and helps us and other on-line vendors to create a better experience for you.
