What's not to like about this beautiful big cow? She'll nose her way right into your heart! The image is based on a real Holstein cow, but I wanted to play a little and bring out the fun I saw in her by adding some unusual colours to the palette. After all, if youre going to grace your walls with art it should at least make you smile, right? Painted in acrylics on a 50x70cm canvas ready to hang. All sides are painted, as per Gallery hanging requirements. The work is signed on the front, and a Certificate of Authenticity is included in the purchase.
Windmills of my mind
This is a panoramic (length 26.5 x width 9 inches) original impressionist watercolour painting of 5 windmills silhouetted against the sky adjacent to a dutch dyke (a great deal of Holland is below sea level). The scene is painted from a photograph taken at dawn as the sky lights up above the mist rising over the still water in the dyke. This painting will be supplied with a bevelled mount and a glazed black frame.
Painted in acrylics on a 12x10 inch canvas panel this painting shows the Autumn sunlight shining through the golden leaves of a tree at the side of the lake in Roundhay Park, Leeds, Yorkshire. It is framed in a green wooden frame with a gold line as in the photo, is ready to hang and it is varnished. If you would like it unframed please contact me - the price will be £65.
