This is a portrait of border collie Danny. He is a working sheepdog on a Pennine hill farm. This is painted on a standard stretched canvas based on a number of photographs which I took at his home and in his natural environment. A charming, peaceful painting that encapsulates beauty of nature reflection. It is worked from a photograph sent to me by a friend while visiting Wells next the Sea area. It captures the majesty of a horse. This painting is decorative, ideal to adorn any country cottage wall. It is painted using acrylic on paper.
