Description:
This is a portrait painted in the classic style. It was pre-selected for the RP exhibition at the Mall Galleries but did not make the final cut. It sold on the preview evening of a prestigious Yorkshire exhibition. The painting is set in a contemporary dark mahogany effect tray frame measuring 69cm x 48 cm overall x 35 mm deep. Red Riding Hood in Mosaic

This is an extremely unusual representation of a nude female figure in a red cloak apparently formed as a mosaic of coloured tiles but is in fact painted on a stretched canvas, ready to hang and set in a contemporary dark mahogany effect tray frame. Molly (Framed Print of my Grandad's Original)
Description:
This is a Print of the Original that my Grandad (H.S.Hyatt 1909-1999) did. I have kept the original as it means so much to me.The print is the same size as the original 3.5 x 5.25 inches and the frame is 4.75 x 6.75 inches. It is printed on Bockingford watercolour paper for inkjet printing on a flatbed printer with genuine canon inks. Includes poem printed on card:
Grandad painted the originals
in Olden days past,
I wish that time didn't go so fast,
I was still a child
when he gave them to me;
I wish I had more from his history.
When I was born he was 55,
I didn't see him painting
when I was alive,
now I wish I'd bought him paints
when he retired,
but now he's past on,
his talent's expired.
(I didn't think of buying him paints then -
I was only 10)
I made theses prints from his Originals
for all to see;
I hope he feels proud
and is happy like me,
seeing his talent revived
on the world wide web
should give him a thrill,
even though he is dead
his spirit lives on
and I know he can see
significant things that happen
in our family.

Down and out and a bit of a wheezer,
in my day I was a diamond geezer,
now I can only dream of my disco diva,
and I've got a different kinda night fever!
Smoking like a trooper,
feeling like a loser;
tried to give up
but turned into a boozer!
Down at the disco, it looked cool to smoke -
but I'm not so cool now as I wheeze and choke!
My disco diva ran off
to a smoke free zone
as I slowly walk round
my smoke filled home!
