I was inspired to paint this picture after seeing the moon rise behind some trees when sitting in our garden..
I have used high quality acrylic paint and 12in x 24in canvas.. The moon has been painted using a metallic paint and I have added some detail to the foliage of the trees with it too..
The painting continues around the edges of the painting and it does not require a frame.

I have been unable to get decent photos of this large landscape ...oranges and reds just don't come out with the detail that is in them.....there is a lot more going on than is showing up well!
