Staithes. North Yorkshire.
A view of Staithes a fishing village on the North Yorkshire coast. Painted in a naive manner, from memory incorporating many influences ranging from stained glass windows to cloisonnism and tube lined pottery. It is painted in acrylics on a stretched canvas with the painting continuing around the sides so no framing is needed but it could be framed if you wish.

Myths and Legends (A4 Print of my Original Painting)
This is printed on a flatbed canon printer with genuine canon inks and is on 190g 90lb Bockingford watercolour paper for inkjet printing. Poem will be printed on coloured card to compliment your Artwork. MYTHS AND LEGENDS The rollright stones magical legend says a witch turned the army to stone and now when you count the stone soldiers the number's different each time, in that zone. Even when someone stands by the first one and you walk round and count them again, however many times you do it, there's a different amount of stone men! The world's full of mystery and magic but that poor armies end was tragic.
This is a portrait of border collie Danny. He is a working sheepdog on a Pennine hill farm. This is painted on a standard stretched canvas based on a number of photographs which I took at his home and in his natural environment. The work is framed in a simple contemporary tray frame measuring 68cm x 53cm x 35mm overall. I am happy to undertake similar works on a commission basis. Please contact me for details.
Lakeland Sunset Calm
A calming lakeland scene inspired by visits to Canada, Scotland and The Lakes. The painting continues round the edges of the frame so it is ready to hang with no need for framing. This creates a very simple but effective style. This painting has been finished with a protective satin varnish. This painting is on a standard edge canvas.
