Acacia Sunset
Description:
Beautiful bright vibrant colours make this large painting a real statement piece for today's modern, contemporary home.

Reds,oranges and shades of yellow acrylic paint merge with each other making it glow.

PINK ELEPHANTS, GEESE and SWANS
Has my goose flown
or did I cook it?
Never meant to if I did,
wish that I could hook it.
I can't even think of elephants that are pink,
there's a dark grey one in the room;
he's singing to my tune;
his colour matches my mood
with him I sit and brood,
I don't wanna see happy pairings,
now I'm single I can't find my bearings.
Swans mate for life,
I wish I was a swan -
then you wouldn't be gone.

Hidden Depths Original Watercolour on a 20 x 15 inch Watercolour Board
Description:
Original Watercolour on a textured (rough) Heavy Crescent Watercolour board 15 x 20 inches approx. 4-5mm thick includes poem printed on coloured card to compliment your painting and certificate of authenticity. I have curved this board like a curved TV, having been inspired by the late Ron Gorchov who created Curved saddle shaped Art. His Art curved towards the wall however I have curved mine away from the wall like a curved TV. It can be hung on the wall using Command hanging strips and placing them in the centre at the top and bottom of the painting.
Painting is signed on the back. Painted with St. Petersburg White Nights Watercolour tubes which are single pigments of the highest quality and contain honey and gum Arabic.

Behind every Cloud
Description:
Semi-abstract/surreal triptych.
An original oil painting by Tony Broadbent.
Using vibrant colours for effect, warmth and mood, I bring this slightly surreal skyscape into your home. It is there to provide an uplift, a change and a promise of better things to come, hence the title. A technical but fun painting none the less.
It makes a statement and cannot fail but to be observed, it commands attention in a nice way and is both easy and complicated. I enjoyed painting this one. Please note its size it is 84 inches wide ( 7 feet ) x 20 inches on box canvas.

This Semi-Abstract painting came about with very little encouragement. The accidental shapes that developed within suggesting a title. It is painted in acrylics on a deep box canvas with the painting continuing around the sides so no framing is required.
