The inspiration I had for this sweet little gem is my early morning run, I would see these wonderful sweet little mice scurrying across my path most mornings.
This painting is from a photo I came across, it captures this tiny agile, clever and cute little mouse doing its balancing act.

I've always enjoyed drawing and painting, I started more seriously in my late 20s early 30s with pet portraits and wild animales but put down my brushes after having my daughters. Now, a little rusty, I'm back doing what I love. I hope you will enjoy my work.
