'Butter Wouldn't Melt' is a small, close up portrait of a lovely little ginger kitten created with coloured pencils on Strathmore series 400 paper. I don't usually do pet portraits but was seduced by the fabulous reference photo of this little one, taken by Lisa Harris from the Paint my Photo website. I found the eyes particularly striking although I have changed the colours for my drawing.
Measuring approximately 9.5 x 6.25 inches this drawing is presented in a white mount within a distressed silver gilt frame to a total size of approximately 17 x 14 inches, ready to hang.
