Once upon a time is a child's fantasy story.
The reference photo was taken as a little boy sat beneath a tree in the spring which was a bright sunny day, shadows danced across the ground as the child sat on his haunches deep in thought.
Using artistic licence and a lot of imagination which I love to do I was able to create a fantasy which I hope in turn tells a story.
