When Shaun creates a piece of work the process is mainly based on his experimenting with colour and textures combined with his emotions and environment at that time. On completion his aim is for you the viewer to see their own interpretation when looking at the artwork. His paintings are not primarily intended to create definitive images although that is what you the viewer may perceive. However, if asked from his perspective, Shaun would say using multi-layers of paint, textures, sand and colours are more important. Colours will vary slightly from screen resolution. Room example only not too scale. Framed in painted pale white rustic wood effect, ready to hang. Signed on the back. With certificate of authenticity.

Staithes. North Yorkshire.
A view of Staithes a fishing village on the North Yorkshire coast. Painted in a naive manner, from memory incorporating many influences ranging from stained glass windows to cloisonnism and tube lined pottery. It is painted in acrylics on a stretched canvas with the painting continuing around the sides so no framing is needed but it could be framed if you wish.

W15. Golden horse
This artwork is an MDF laser cut shape. It's is created via a pouring acrylics method, then embellished when dry.It doesn't show well in photos but there is a fine glitter effect that sparkles with tiny dots of colour under lights. There's a video clip showing it better in my art blog jeannie's art adventures. It's then coated in a resin glaze which gives a ceramic like appearance. There is a D hook attachment fixed to rear of work so its ready to hang. Some of these come in more than one so can be sold as pairs, and discounted as usual for multiple purchases. This work is 14 inches high by 17 inches wide. Postage to mainland UK is included, postage abroad can be quoted for on request.
