The Magpie (after Monet) (2019)
This is my favourite painting in my Monet Versions collection. I particularly like the light on the snow and the blue colours. Should you commission me I will paint another one of this painting for you. Obviously it is not exactly the same as Monet's original and I am glad of that as I wish the painting to contain more of me. The only thing the same is the subject matter.

Boats at Buttermere, Lake District
A beautiful view of Lake Buttermere in the Lake District, Cumbria, England with two small rowing boats moored up at the side of the lake. It is painted in oils on a 12x9x1/2 inch canvas painted on all sides so does not need framing though you could have it framed if you wished. It is varnished and can be hung from the canvas.
A Day Away
This is No.18 in my `Northern Art` Collection...all the other 17 have been sold, and they seem to becoming quite a collectable item. They are all the same size, just a tactile 14" x 10" x half an inch thick. Painted on my own HANDMADE canvas boards. Sides are also painted so ready to hang, no frame required. Here the grandparents have taken the nippers away for a day out, from the smog, and fog of the sooty town. These paintings all have the same theme of a bygone era of the northern mill towns.
The Calf Rock afternoon in early Autumn (2015
Again another painting of the Calf Rock viewed again from the base of the larger Cow Rock. In the distance is the Cow and Calf Inn where many of the tourists to Ilkey Moor stay during their visit. I used a bit of what they call "artistic license" and did not include in the painting the large car park which is situated between the inn and the rock. I thought it didn't "fit" and was unpainterly.
